Jump to your direct debit screen in the app or My Account.
Choose the energy that's set up with a direct debit (using the radio buttons at the top of the page). A little message in there should let you know which card we're taking payments from.
Find direct debit details
Go to My Account, then head over to the direct debit page in Billing & Payments. We list which card or account we're taking payments from.
