How bonus credit works
The bonus credit applies as a once-off credit on electricity plans only. So, in instances where you take up a bundle plan with both electricity and natural gas, the bonus credit will only apply to your electricity plan.
How it's applied
Once you sign up, the bonus credit will appear on your first bill as an Account Credit. On your bill, you’ll see the amount with the amount and a ‘CR’ next to it. Find out how to read your bill using our handy bill explainer.
