Aus Post delays and paper bills
You’re probably aware of reduced postal deliveries, due to the ongoing impacts of COVID-19 on Australia Post. If you haven’t already, you can make the switch to email billing. You’ll get your bills on time, with plenty of time to pay.
Where to find your bill in your online account
Your most recent bill (and any old ones) can all be found when you head to view my bills.
If you've previously seen a bill and can no longer find it, we might be reversing it because it was incorrect. A new, updated bill will come through within 2-3 business days.
If it's been a while since you last received a bill from us
