We’ll send you an email or letter at least 20 days before your plan ends. Then, simply jump into your account and head to Renew my offer.

Renewing your plan online takes just a few minutes, and you’ll lock in a great discount if you renew before your current plan expires. It will update immediately.

You can renew back to the same plan you had before, or if it’s not available anymore, we’ll recommend a new one for you based on your preferences. You can also choose a completely different one, if you like.

Even if it’s not time to renew yet, you can switch plans at any time. We have no exit fees or lock-in contracts for residential customers. To switch, renew or start a brand new plan, head to our Compare plans page.
