In your account you can see any bill we've ever sent you, total amounts and payment confirmations; simply choose See bill history on your bills screen. Prefer an up-to-date account statement of what you've paid? Send a message to an energy expert (available Monday to Saturday in normal business hours) – they’ll get this sent out to you by email or post.
For LPG
If you've signed up to eBilling, we've sent your bills by email. If you haven't signed up to eBilling, we've sent your bills by post.
To get your entire bill history, get in touch with us. We can send this to you by email or post. You aren’t able to see your LPG details in My Account or the Origin app yet, but we're working on it.
For internet
Give us a call on 1300 508 830, and we’ll send your billing history to you by email or post.
