Origin Home Support electricity plan comes bundled with a 12-month Allianz Global Assist (AGA) Emergency Home Assistance membership.
If something goes wrong, your AGA Emergency Home Assistance membership can support you for the following home emergencies:
Damaged roof or guttering causing an internal leak
Blocked toilet, drain or pipes
Burst tap or showerhead
Burst pipe
Broken or burst hot water system
Gas leak
Broken or damaged heating/cooling system
Blackout or power failure
Broken external door or window
Locked out of the house

Allianz Global Assist are at the ready, 24/7. Give them a call 1800 784 149. The team will put you in touch with their network of qualified tradespeople.
If you need to call, make sure to have your AGA Emergency Home Assistance policy details handy, including your full name, address and policy number.
Your membership provides up to $300 (including GST) towards two emergency callouts per year.

The Agreement Terms explain how Origin Home Support can end early and what happens when it ends. Don’t worry, even if your Energy Plan ends your energy supply will continue and we’ll stay in touch to tell you about your options. If your Origin Home Support plan ends, your membership to the EHA program will also end.
