Choose View plan details from your Dashboard and scroll down to see when your next meter read is scheduled. Otherwise, look for it on the second page of your bill.
If you don’t see a meter read date in either of these places it’s probably because you have a smart meter, which sends us digital reads and can be seen on your Usage screen.
The data we get from a basic meter (every 2 to 3 months), is read by your distributor (or meter reader) – we rely on them to to do the meter reading and send us your most recent usage data.
