We appreciate the detail, too. In your account you can download 24 months of usage data as a CSV file. This feature is also available in the app on your Usage screen.
For smart meters
You can see 30-minute interval data when you download your usage history.
For basic meters
You’ll be able to see your usage data for each billing cycle. Your most recent meter reads and usage data will be available on your next bill.
