Resuming disconnections

We’re now resuming our disconnections process, but only for customers who don’t contact us to discuss their situation. If you’re having difficulty paying, please let us know. If you don’t inform us your account will likely move through our collections path and you could be disconnected.

We’re still here for you

Please let us know if you’re having any trouble paying your electricity or natural gas bills. We’ve got ways we can help, including a payment plan that allows you to make small, regular payments to reduce your outstanding debt and get back on track.
