Viewing bill issue for customers using an iOS device

For iPhone/iOS customers, we're aware of a problem that may be impacting how you view your bills, and we're working on it.

In the meantime, try following the below steps as a way around it.

You can also try viewing your bill on another device such as a laptop or desktop computer.

  • Step 1 - In My Account, choose the bill you want to view and download it. To download your bill, click the icon that has the up arrow, then click Save to files. This will save the bill as a PDF to your device.

  • Step 2 - Install the free Adobe Acrobat Reader for PDF.

  • Step 3 - In the Adobe Acrobat Reader, go to the location where you've saved your files and click on your bill.

  • Step 4 - Your bill should now be readable.
