Get a payment extension
Residential customers: If your bill is due soon or overdue, log in to My Account or the Origin app and select the ’For payment extensions’ link on your dashboard. This starts a chat with a customer service team member. You can also call 13 35 74 or contact us
Business customers: Call our credit team on 1300 788 240 or email us
Set up a payment plan
We offer a variety of payment plans to suit a range of needs. Talk to us and we’ll work with you to set up a plan that suits:

If you need to call us, we’re around weekdays except on public holidays, from:
8am to 6pm (AEST) for residential customers
