Purchasing a modem to go with your home internet plan? Here's everything you need to know about modem delivery, connection and fees.


When will I receive my modem?

Once you've signed up with Origin internet, we'll send your modem or router to the delivery address you gave us.

We’ll send you an email to let you know when you can expect your modem. The email will have a link to a tracking number, so you can check when it will be delivered.

Please note that during the holiday period an increase in postal volumes and changes to business hours of operation could impact the time it takes for your modem to arrive.


I've got my modem. How do I set it up?

Have you received an SMS or email from us advising that your service is good to go? Great! You can now follow the easy step-by-step modem set up guide.

Haven't heard from us? We’re still working on your order and will let you know when it’s ready.


Are there any modem fees and charges?
