If your bill is due soon or is overdue by less than two weeks, you might be eligible to self-serve your payment extension. Here's how to go about it.

Log in to My Account or the Origin app
In the billing section of your account click on ‘View your options’. You'll only see this option if your bill is due soon or is overdue by less than two weeks.
Don't see the extension option? There are a number of reasons why you may not see the Request an extension link on your dashboard; for example, your latest bill may be overdue by more than two weeks or you're on a payment plan. If you need an extension and you can't self-serve, contact us and we'll work out what to do.
