'Usage' for the account you wish to download, then
'Download your usage data' — we'll crunch the numbers and you'll get your file (max. 12.4 MB).
For smart meters
You can see 30-minute interval data when you download your usage history.
For basic meters
You’ll be able to see your usage data for each billing cycle. Your most recent meter reads and usage data will be available on your next bill.
