Short answer
Electricity and natural gas: View your concession details in My Account. And, if you're the account holder with a Centrelink, Department of Veterans Affairs or Department of Communities concession card, you may be able to change concession card details in My Account too. See What you can do in this article for instructions.
NSW LPG, and NSW centralised hot water or electricity: Change your details through Service NSW. Customers from other states can contact us.

Log in to My Account or the Origin app
In My Account click the My Profile menu (top right), or in the Origin App tap More (bottom right)
Choose Add or edit concessions
View the concession card type (and sub-type for DVA Gold Card holders) and card number on the screen
Change concession details
Change concession details
Check that your concession card name and address match your Origin account name and address. You can't add someone else's concession card to your Origin account.
Log in to My Account or the Origin app
In My Account click the My Profile menu (top right), or in the Origin App tap More (bottom right)
Choose Add or edit concessions
Choose your concession card type (and sub-type for DVA Gold Card holders)
Enter your concession card number
Read the important information
Click Agree and save my card.
Important notes
We'll validate your eligibility with the relevant government department, which may take a few days
We’ll apply the concession to your account as soon as we confirm your eligibility
We'll be in touch to confirm your concession was successfully applied or if there is a problem
