Short answer
If you have an active concession or rebate associated with your energy account, for example a utility grant from your state government or a medical rebate, when we apply it to your account, you'll see it as a credit in the New charges and credits section of your bill (this is usually on page 2 or 3).
You can also see it in a list of billing transactions in My Account or the Origin app. See View or change active concessions for an example.
