Electricity and natural gas: Self-serve your payment extension bill if your account has no overdue amounts and you have a bill that's due soon. To do this, log in to My Account or the Origin app and click the Payment extension link, then follow the prompts.

Set up a payment plan
For accounts with a zero/credit balance and no bill due soon. Setting up a payment plan may help to smooth your bills by anticipating your usage over a year and dividing it up into smaller, more regular payments. Contact us to set this up.
For accounts with overdue amounts. Contact us. We may be able to bundle up overdue amounts with anticipated energy costs over the next year into a payment arrangement that suits.
