Change gas supply

Here’s how to request changes to your natural gas or LPG supply or meter.

Short answer

Common reasons you may want to change your natural gas supply include to:

  • relocate a meter, e.g. if you’re building on your property

  • replace a meter, e.g. to fix a fault

  • add an extra meter to your property

And if you’ve got LPG, you might want to:

  • add extra LPG bottles

  • switch from manual LPG tank refills to auto-scheduled refills

What you can do

One-off changes to your natural gas supply

Complete our online Change energy supply form to request your change. It guides you through the process, which differs by state.

Changes to your LPG supply

Residential customers can contact us to:

  • add extra LPG bottles

  • auto-schedule your refills

If you need support and you’re a residential customer, call 13 35 74.

Business customers can contact their account manager, who’ll help them with any changes required. Call 13 35 74 if you need hand.
