Am I eligible for the Origin EG fuel offer?
The offer is available to all active Origin customers (residential and small business) who have a My Account login and have downloaded the Origin app.
How do I redeem it?
For 4 cents per litre off your fuel, present the Origin fuel discount barcode in the Origin app when paying at EG petrol stations (using your personal smart device or tablet with WiFi or mobile internet connection).
For another 4c off per litre, present your receipt (or Everyday Rewards card) showing a purchase of $30 or more from a participating Woolworths Supermarket or Metro.
For an extra 4c per litre, spend $5 or more at the counter when paying for your fuel.
What do I do if the barcode doesn't work?
If you've tapped on the 'Generate barcode' button in the app but it's not working, try closing the app and restarting it - that should help to reset any system glitches. You can also ask the EG staff member at the counter for assistance.
Unable to find your local EG Fuel Station
There is a known issue with using the Find an EG Fuel location on Android mobile devices. The issue is when searching for a fuel location no search results appear. We are working with EG to fix this ASAP.
As a work around you can open the site in Chrome and once there tap the three dots icon in the top right corner of the screen to open the main menu. Navigate down the menu till you see Desktop site, select that, you should see the site automatically revert to the desktop version. Once this is done you can continue to search for your local EG Fuel location.
