The easiest way to find your serial number is in the Anker app. The serial number can be found in Settings, under General Settings

To find your Tesla Serial Number (TSN), you can check the Tesla App or your physical Tesla Powerwall battery.
On your Tesla app
From the Home screen, navigate to Settings and select My Home Info
A screen will display your Serial number and Version.
On your Tesla Powerwall
1. Open the door of the Backup Gateway by pressing the latch located on the right hand side of the unit (in the middle).
2. The serial number is located on the line called "TSN:" which stands for Tesla Serial Number.

1. Open the Tesla App on your mobile, and go to your Powerwall product page, and then click “Settings”.
2. In the Settings page, click “My Home Info”
3. The Gateway serial number is shown below “Powerwall 3”. Long press the serial number to copy it to the mobile phone’s clipboard.
