Does Orion have a refer-a-friend program?
Yes. Share Orion with a friend and you both get something:
Your friend gets an additional $100 off their Orion Sleep System, on top of any offer already running on the site
You get a $200 gift card 60 days after they purchase

How do I refer a friend?
Go to the refer a friend page and request your referral code.
Send the code to your friend however you like: text, email, or in person.
Your friend enters the code at checkout for an extra $100 off their order.
Sixty days after their purchase date, we email you a $200 Orion gift card.
Your friend has to enter the code themselves when they order. We cannot add a referral code to an order after it has been placed, so make sure they have it before they check out.
Where do I find my referral code?
Request it on the refer a friend page and we will send it to the email address on your account. Referral codes look like REFERRAL-XXX.
Your code is not stored in your Orion app profile, so if you cannot find the email, message Orion Support and we will resend it.
My friend just ordered with my code. When do I get my $200?
Your gift card is issued 60 days after your friend's purchase date. The clock starts the day they place their order, not the day their system arrives, so shipping time counts toward the 60 days.
When it is ready, the gift card arrives by email at the address on your account. Nothing is required from you in the meantime.
What counts as a successful referral?
Three things have to be true:
Your friend is a new Orion customer, ordering their first system
They entered your code at checkout
They still have the system 60 days after they bought it, meaning they did not return it during the 30 night trial
Referring yourself, a second account of your own, or someone in the same household does not qualify.
A friend referred me. How do I get my $100 off?
Enter their referral code in the discount field at checkout, before you pay. The $100 comes off your order total right away, on top of any offer already running on the site. You do not have to choose between the referral code and a current promotion.
If you have already placed your order, contact Orion Support with your order number before it ships and we will see what we can do.
My referral code will not apply at checkout
Referral codes are built to combine with whatever offer is running, so if checkout tells you the code cannot be used with existing discounts, that is a problem on our end rather than something wrong with your order.
Message Orion Support with a screenshot of the checkout screen and the code you were given, before you pay, and we will get the $100 applied for you.
It is also worth checking that:
You typed the code exactly as it was sent, including the REFERRAL- prefix
You are ordering a sleep system, not just accessories or a Sleep Test
The code has not already been used, since each code is single use per friend
Can I refer more than one friend?
Yes. There is no limit on how many friends you can refer, and each qualifying referral earns its own $200 gift card. Every friend needs to enter your code on their own order.
What happens if my friend returns their Orion?
The 60 day mark falls after the 30 night trial, so if your friend returns their system the referral does not qualify and no gift card is issued. If a gift card was already sent, we may reverse it.
I referred someone and never got my reward
Check the timing first: gift cards are issued 60 days after your friend's purchase date, so if they ordered recently it may simply be early.
If more than 60 days have passed since they ordered, message Orion Support with:
The referral code you shared
Your friend's full name and the email or address on their order
Roughly when they ordered
We will look up the order and issue the gift card if the referral qualifies.
How do I use my $200 gift card?
Enter the gift card code at checkout at orionsleep.com. It works on anything we sell, including accessories, replacement covers, and purification tablets, and any unused balance stays on the card for next time.
A gift card is not a discount code, so it does not conflict with a promotion running on the site.
Where do I read the full program terms?
The complete terms live on the refer a friend page. We can update the reward amounts or end the program at any time, and the terms in effect when your friend ordered are the ones that apply.
