You MUST clock in and out of every shift in order to notify the company that you are on-site and to be paid on-time!

To clock-in for a shift with the app, navigate to the home page of the app (🏠) and tap the green "clock-in" button.

When you clock in, we track the time of the clock in as well as your location so we know you are on-site.

You'll do the same to clock out at the end of your shift.

If you forget to clock in, please let us know as soon as possible. If you forget to tell us and do not have any evidence from the company that you were on-site, you risk not being paid for the shift.


If you cannot clock in, please screenshot the error message that comes up and send it in to the community team, along with a picture of you on site! They need this information to help you.
