Orphex works with Microsoft 365 Copilot. Unlike ChatGPT and Claude, this is not one you set up on your own. Our team does it with you.
How to get started
In Orphex, go to
Settings → AI assistants (MCP)and click Connect.Choose Microsoft Copilot.
Choose Contact us.
You can also email support@orphex.co and tell us which of your Orphex workspaces Copilot should be able to see.
Why this one is different
ChatGPT and Claude let you add a connector from your own settings. Copilot is set up across a whole Microsoft 365 organisation, so your Microsoft administrator is involved as well as you.
Rather than hand you a set of values and let you work out which goes where, we do it with you. What Copilot is allowed to do in your ad accounts is agreed during that setup, so you do not end up with more access than you meant to give.
What you can ask it
The same questions you would ask in any other assistant, about the Orphex workspaces connected to it:
"What happened across my ad accounts this week?"
"Show me cost, clicks and return by campaign for the last 30 days."
"Has anything behaved unusually in the last week?"
"Where should I move budget, based on my own numbers?"
Answers come from your Orphex data, built from the ad accounts connected to that workspace. Reporting runs through yesterday, because today's figures are still coming in from the ad platforms.
Useful to have ready before you contact us
Which Orphex workspaces Copilot should see
Whether you want it to answer questions only, or to make changes as well
Who administers Microsoft 365 Copilot at your company
Managing it afterwards
The connection appears in Orphex under Settings → AI assistants (MCP), alongside any ChatGPT or Claude connections. From there you can see which workspaces it reads and remove it.
⚠️ Removing a connection is not reversible. Setting it up again means going through the same process with us.
When a colleague leaves, remove them in Settings → Permissions. That ends their Orphex access, including anything they could reach through Copilot.
In the meantime
If you want to try Orphex in an assistant before the Copilot setup is finished, ChatGPT and Claude take a few minutes and you can do those yourself. Everything works the same way, so nothing you learn is wasted.
What this does not do
Orphex does not offer a self-serve Copilot setup. It is arranged with our team.
Orphex does not publish a setup time for Copilot, because it depends on your own Microsoft administration.
Orphex does not give Copilot access to workspaces your own Orphex account does not already reach.
Orphex does not answer about today. Reporting runs through yesterday.
Common questions
Can I set up Copilot myself?
No. Choose Contact us in Orphex and our team takes it from there.
Can Copilot change my campaigns?
That is agreed when we set it up with you. Tell us which you want when you get in touch.
Can I use ChatGPT or Claude while I wait?
Yes. Both take a few minutes and you can set them up yourself.
Does Copilot see my Orphex password?
No. Sign-in uses a secure window and your password is never shared with the assistant.
Where do I see the connection afterwards?
In Orphex, under Settings → AI assistants (MCP).
Still need help?
