Impact Analysis analysis recommendations

Impact Analysis recommendations suggest ready-to-run causal impact studies based on your own campaign data. Until now, starting an Impact Analysis meant knowing in advance which change, campaign, or period was worth measuring – and building that scope yourself. Now Orphex scans your account and suggests analyses worth running, each with a reason and a one-click way to start.

How you receive recommendations

When recommendations exist for your workspace, a "Recommended for you" strip appears at the top of the Impact Analysis page. Each card in the strip is one suggested analysis.

What each recommendation includes

Each Impact Analysis recommendation is a complete, ready-to-run analysis, not just an idea. Every recommendation includes a title, a short rationale explaining why this change or period is worth measuring, and a ready-made scope so it can be started in one click.

Running a recommendation

To run an Impact Analysis recommendation, click the card in the "Recommended for you" strip. Orphex opens the analysis setup with the recommendation's scope already filled in. You review it, adjust anything you want, and run it.

Recommendations are never run for you. You always confirm before an analysis starts.

Do recommendations cost credits?

Generating Impact Analysis recommendations is free. Orphex does not charge any credits to scan your account and suggest analyses.

Running a suggested analysis costs credits like any other Impact Analysis. You see the cost before you run it.

How recommendations are chosen

Orphex builds Impact Analysis recommendations by scanning your account for changes and periods that are likely to carry a clear, measurable effect – such as a notable shift in spend, a campaign change, or a period with a strong enough signal to analyze.

Recommendations are designed to be selective. Not every change in your account becomes a recommendation, because a recommendation is only useful when there is enough data to draw a reliable conclusion.

What analysis recommendations do not do

  • Recommendations do not run analyses automatically. You review and confirm each one before it runs.

  • Generating recommendations does not cost credits. Only running a suggested analysis uses credits.

  • Recommendations do not cover every change in your account – only the ones with a strong enough signal to be worth analyzing.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to define the analysis scope myself?
No. Each recommendation comes with a ready-made scope. Clicking it opens the analysis setup with everything prefilled, and you can adjust before running.

Does getting recommendations cost credits?
No. Generating recommendations is free. Running a suggested analysis costs credits like any other Impact Analysis.

Will Orphex run an analysis without asking me?
No. Recommendations are suggestions only. An analysis runs only after you confirm it.

Where do I see my recommendations?
In the "Recommended for you" strip at the top of the Impact Analysis page, when recommendations exist for your workspace.

Why don't I see a recommendation for every change I made?
Recommendations are intentionally selective. Orphex only suggests analyses where there's a strong enough signal to draw a reliable conclusion.
