A bike will not be available for riding when there is a red x next to the lock. The red x means that the bike or the lock is broken. The app or screen will therefore say that there are 0 bikes available.

How long is the bike there?
Our crew collects the bike, or repair the lock as quick as they can. If there are no bikes available in the app and no red x next to the locks, we will be happy if you let us know!
