You may want to change your pin number to something that is easier to remember or for security if you think that someone may have discovered your PIN.
You can change your PIN at any high street bank cash machine.
Change the PIN Number
To change your PIN number, just take it to a high street bank cash machine such as a Lloyds, Barclays or Halifax and follow the process below. Some cash machines might have a slightly different process;
Insert your card to the cash machine
Enter in your current PIN number - if you’ve forgotten it you can open the Osper app and select PIN reminder from the menu to see the current PIN.
Select PIN Services
Select Change PIN
Follow the instructions on the screen
The PIN Number will be instantly changed and will need to be used to withdraw cash and in shops. You will also be able to see the new PIN number in the Osper app by logging in and selecting PIN Reminder from the menu.
