Creating a quick login code allows you to log in faster, without having to enter your username and password every time.

You can set a 4-character login code using numbers, or you can use emojis if you prefer!

Notice: You will be asked to set up a code after you enter your username and password, but if you’re not, it may be that you need to update your app in the Playstore/App Store.

If you’d like to use numbers for your Quick login code simply enter the 4 numbers that you’re likely to remember. You will then be asked to re-enter those 4 numbers to confirm your code. You can also select emojis and enter the 4 emojis you’d like to use as your code.

What if I forget my login code?

Once you have set your code, whenever you want to log in you will be asked to enter it instead of your username and password. If you forget your code, don’t worry! You can simply press ‘Log in with username and password’ and you will be asked to enter your username and password. After you have entered this correctly, you will be prompted to reset your quick login code on the next screen.

If you decide that you don’t want to use the quick login code, you can select ‘stick with password login’ when you are first prompted and we won’t ask you to set it up again!

To create/change or even delete your login code you can go to account settings in the Young Persons Osper app menu and select Login Code which is under App Login Settings.

To Create/change or even delete your login code as the parent you can select the 'More' option from the menu bar at the bottom and select Login Code.

Enable/disable biometrics

Biometrics allows you to use your fingerprint, face or eye instead of a password when logging into an app.

To enable biometrics you can go to the account settings in the app under the More section and select Biometric login. Click Enable biometric login and a green tick will appear to let you know that is enabled.

To disable biometrics select Biometric login and then Disable biometric login.
