If you have changed your email address or mobile number, you can update them in the Osper app.
Changing parent's email address or mobile number
To change your email address or mobile number:
Log in to the Osper app as the parent
Select the More option from the menu bar at the bottom
Tap Contact details
Tap email address or mobile number to change either of these details
We will send a verification to the new email address or mobile number. Simply click the link we send to confirm the change.
Changing young person's email address or mobile number
To change your email address or mobile number;
Log in to the Osper app as the parent
Select the More option from the menu bar at the bottom
Tap the name of the child you would like to change
Tap Contact details
Tap email address or mobile number to change either of these details
You will be logged out of the app
We will send a verification to the new email address or mobile number. Simply click the link we send to confirm the change
Changing account holder name or address
