Guaranteed Super Stealth Shipping
Available to selected destinations worldwide. If your order does not arrive as intended, we will reship it once, free of charge, using our tracked Super Stealth service.
This guarantee applies only to orders where the Guaranteed Super Stealth option has been selected at checkout. The guarantee covers one replacement shipment only; refunds or further reshipments are not included.
Insured Express (Tracking) Spain only
Tracking Express means that your order is allocated a tracking number when dispatched and given the highest priority handling which means that your order arrives in the fastest time possible.

If your order does not arrive within 28 working days in Europe, we can open an investigation with the Postal Services to determine the exact location and delivery status of your shipment. For orders outside Europe, we ask you to allow 36 working days. PLEASE NOTE that if your order is not delivered due to an incorrect shipping address being supplied by you at the time of ordering, or, is not collected from your post office then you will be charged again for reshipping!
