If your order does not arrive within 28 working days in Europe, we can open an investigation with the Postal Services to determine the exact location and delivery status of your shipment. For orders outside Europe, we ask you to allow 36 working days. PLEASE NOTE that if your order is not delivered due to an incorrect shipping address being supplied by you at the time of ordering, or, is not collected from your post office then you will be charged again for reshipping!
