The usual time for delivery from dispatch is :
Within Europe between 4 and 10 working days.
Depending on your Countries postal system, orders outside of Europe take between 7 and 14 working days, but some locations can take longer.
Please note that Europe is currently supported for international tracking updates. If your order does not arrive within 28 working days in Europe, we can open an investigation with the Postal Services to determine the exact location and delivery status of your shipment. For orders outside Europe, tracking is not available, so we are unable to open an investigation if your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe.
