Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details if you selected a tracked shipping option. If your order does not arrive within 28 working days (Europe) or 36 working days (Outside Europe) we are able to open an investigation with the Postal System to determine the exact location and delivery status of your shipment.
