How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details if you selected a tracked shipping option. Simply copy the tracking reference given in the email and track with your local national postal service to keep an eye on your order’s journey. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!

Please note that Europe is currently supported for international tracking updates. If your order does not arrive within 28 working days in Europe, we can open an investigation with the Postal Services to determine the exact location and delivery status of your shipment. For orders outside Europe, tracking is not available, so we are unable to open an investigation if your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe.
