Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details if you selected a tracked shipping option. Simply copy the tracking reference given in the email and track with your local national postal service to keep an eye on your order’s journey. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!

Please note that although some Countries are not currently supporting international tracking updates. If your order does not arrive within 28 working days (Europe) or 36 working days (Outside Europe) we are able to open an investigation with the Postal System to determine the exact location and delivery status of your shipment.
