Order Cancellations / Refund

If you’d like to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible by emailing us directly at mailto:helpdesk@originalseedsstore.com

  • Before Shipping: If your order hasn’t shipped yet or is not already in the hands of the postal service or courier we can cancel it and refund your payment card.

  • After Shipping: If your order has already shipped, simply return it to us unopened. Once we receive it, we’ll process a refund to your payment card minus the initial shipping fee. Please note that it is your responsibility to pay the return postage.

Please note, refunds may take up to 7 working days to appear on your bank statement. We’re here to help, so don’t hesitate to get in touch with any questions!
