Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Yes, we understand plans change:

Rescheduling:

  • Contact us at least 4 hours before appointment

  • We'll find an alternative time that works for you

  • No rescheduling fees

Cancellation:

  • Contact us at least 4 hours before appointment

  • No cancellation fees

  • We appreciate as much notice as possible

Late cancellations (less than 4 hours notice) may incur a $50 fee to cover technician dispatch costs.
