The most asked question in OSX. Here's how the programs fit together.
The idea: levels, not a line
Every program family runs in versions: 1.0, then 2.0, then 3.0. You do every program at your level before you move up. That way you never get sent back to a beginner program, and you go back through the ones you know with heavier weights and longer sessions.
Rerunning a program heavier is progression, not repetition.
Women
Level 1: Total Tone 1.0, then Lower Body Ignite 1.0, then Muscle Build 1.0.
Start with Lower Body Ignite 1.0 if glutes and legs are your main goal, then do Total Tone 1.0.
After Level 1: Total Tone 2.0 and Lower Body Ignite 2.0 are on the way. Until they land, run your Level 1 programs again with heavier dumbbells, or try the gym style programs if you want to train heavy and track your lifts.
Men
Level 1: Fat Burn Ignite 1.0, then Lower Body Ignite 1.0, then Muscle Build 1.0.
Level 2: Fat Burn Ignite 2.0, then the next 2.0 programs as they release.
Finished Fat Burn Ignite 1.0 and want 2.0 straight away? It's waiting at the next level. We round out your foundation first, then you go back through it heavier.
Stand alone programs
The Busy Mom: 6 weeks, 6 days a week, 20 to 30 minutes, one pair of dumbbells, no cardio. Built for short daily sessions. After it, run it again heavier. Don't follow it with Total Tone 1.0 or Lower Body Ignite 1.0, they share the same workouts.
Gym programs: The Comeback (Women), The Comeback (Men) and Total Body Recomp, for full gym access.
Pilates & Low Impact: Pilates Sculpt, Cycle Sync and The Gentle Burn for joint friendly, no jumping training.
Pair it with a meal plan
The meal plan follows your goal, not the program.
Lose weight: Fat Loss
Build muscle: Muscle Builder
Lose fat and build at the same time: Body Recomp
Vegetarian or vegan: Plant Protein Cut
Gluten free: Gluten Free
Fat Burn Ignite, Total Tone and The Busy Mom pair with Fat Loss. Muscle Build and Upper Body Build pair with Muscle Builder. Lower Body Ignite pairs with Body Recomp, because building glutes needs fuel.
Still not sure?
Open the chat on joinosx.com and tell Coach Clarity three things: your goal, your equipment, and the last program you finished. You'll get one recommendation, not a menu.
