How to Track Your Order

Wondering where your hearing aids are? Here's how to track them every step of the way.

Step 1: Find Your Shipping Confirmation Email

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email from OTCHealthMart.com with:

  • Your tracking number

  • The carrier name (USPS, UPS, or FedEx)

  • A direct tracking link β€” just click it to see real-time updates

Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.

Step 2: Track on the Carrier's Website

If you want to check manually:

  • USPS: usps.com/track

  • UPS: ups.com/track

  • FedEx: fedex.com/track

Enter your tracking number and you'll see the current status and estimated delivery date.

Step 3: Use Your Shopify Order Page

If you created an account on otchealthmart.com:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Go to My Orders.

  3. Click your order to see its status and tracking details.

My Package Shows "Delivered" But I Haven't Received It

Don't panic β€” this happens occasionally. Here's what to do:

  1. Check all doors, the mailbox, and any secure package areas.

  2. Ask neighbors or building management if a package was accepted on your behalf.

  3. Wait 24 hours β€” sometimes carriers mark items delivered slightly early.

  4. If the package still hasn't appeared after 24 hours, contact us at Care@OTCHealthMart.com with your order number. We'll file a trace with the carrier and make it right.
