Wondering where your hearing aids are? Here's how to track them every step of the way.
Step 1: Find Your Shipping Confirmation Email
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email from OTCHealthMart.com with:
Your tracking number
The carrier name (USPS, UPS, or FedEx)
A direct tracking link β just click it to see real-time updates
Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.
Step 2: Track on the Carrier's Website
If you want to check manually:
USPS: usps.com/track
UPS: ups.com/track
FedEx: fedex.com/track
Enter your tracking number and you'll see the current status and estimated delivery date.
Step 3: Use Your Shopify Order Page
If you created an account on otchealthmart.com:
Log in to your account.
Go to My Orders.
Click your order to see its status and tracking details.
My Package Shows "Delivered" But I Haven't Received It
Don't panic β this happens occasionally. Here's what to do:
Check all doors, the mailbox, and any secure package areas.
Ask neighbors or building management if a package was accepted on your behalf.
Wait 24 hours β sometimes carriers mark items delivered slightly early.
If the package still hasn't appeared after 24 hours, contact us at Care@OTCHealthMart.com with your order number. We'll file a trace with the carrier and make it right.
