Our 30-Day Return Policy
You may return your hearing aids within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product purchase price.
Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return:
The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
The hearing aids must be in good working condition with no physical damage caused by misuse.
Original accessories (charging case, ear tips, cable, etc.) must be included.
The original packaging is preferred but not required.
Note: Ear tips and domes that have been inserted are considered hygiene items and cannot be returned for resale. Please include unused ear tip packs if available.
What Is Not Returnable
Products returned after 30 days
Products that have been physically damaged due to misuse, water damage (unless your model is waterproof), or modifications
Consumable items (batteries, replacement ear tips purchased separately)
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
Refund approved: Issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
