Your hearing aids are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Here's what you need to know.

Warranty Duration

  • iHear TReO: 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase.

  • Matrix Hearing Aids: Warranty duration varies by model β€” refer to the documentation included in your box or contact us for your specific model.

What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers manufacturing defects including:

  • Hardware malfunctions not caused by physical damage

  • Charging failures due to defective components

  • Audio issues resulting from a defective speaker or receiver

  • Button or control malfunctions

What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

  • Physical damage from drops, impacts, or crushing

  • Water damage (unless the device is rated water-resistant and used within those specifications)

  • Damage from improper cleaning or use of unapproved cleaning agents

  • Loss or theft

  • Normal wear and tear (ear tips, domes, tubing)

  • Damage from using incompatible chargers or accessories

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Email Care@OTCHealthMart.com with the subject line: "Warranty Claim β€” [Your Order Number]".

  2. Describe the issue in detail.

  3. Include a photo or video of the defect if possible.

  4. We'll review your claim within 2 business days and advise next steps, which may include:

  • Replacement unit shipped to you

  • Repair (if applicable for your model)

  • Refund (if within the return window)

We stand behind the products we sell. If something isn't right, we'll fix it.
