How to Update Your Account Information

Keeping your account information current ensures you receive important updates and that your orders arrive at the right address.

Updating Your Profile

  1. Log in to your account at otchealthmart.com.

  2. Click your name or the Account icon.

  3. Select Account Details or Edit Profile.

  4. Update your name, email address, or password.

  5. Click Save Changes.

Updating a Shipping Address

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Go to Addresses in your account menu.

  3. Click Edit next to the address you want to update, or Add New Address to add one.

  4. Make your changes and click Save.

Important: Updating your saved address does not change the address on orders already placed. If you need to change the shipping address for an active order, contact Care@OTCHealthMart.com immediately.

Changing Your Password

  1. Log in and go to Account Details.

  2. Click Change Password.

  3. Enter your current password and your new password (twice to confirm).

  4. Save changes.

Forgot Your Password?

On the login page, click Forgot Password. Enter your email address and we'll send a reset link. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
