What do you get on the Essential Plan vs. the Pro Plan, and how much does it cost?
The Essential Plan is a self-serve plan that includes both email and chat support.
$100/mo + 12% service fees + ad spend budget
The Pro Plan includes a dedicated marketing expert, bi-weekly check-ins, and custom performance optimization. It’s like having a marketing agency in your back pocket without the price tag.
$250/mo + 10% service fee + ad spend budget
Note: requires a minimum monthly ad spend budget of $1,500.

How does billing work?
You will be billed once a month for your subscription fee on the same day each month. Additionally, you will also be billed for your ad spend credits and the Otis service fee each time your account balance approaches $0. We will provide a clear electronic invoice for all charges.
What is the subscription fee?
The subscription fee covers access to the software. This is charged every month on the same day of the month. This is billed separately from the ad spend credits and service fee.
If you are on the Essential plan, your subscription fee is $100 per month.
If you are on the Pro plan, your subscription fee is $250 per month.
What is the service fee?
The service fee covers payment processing, administrative costs, and backend campaign optimization to ensure your budget is used effectively. It’s billed alongside your ad spend credits and appears on the same invoice.
If you are on the Essential plan, your service fee is 12% of your ad spend (ie: the service fee on a $500 monthly ad spend budget would be $60).
If you are on the Pro plan, your service fee is 10% of your ad spend (ie: the service fee on a $1500 monthly ad spend budget would be $150).
What is the ad spend for?
We require an upfront payment of ad spend when you create an ad campaign. This money goes directly to the advertising platforms to cover the cost of running your campaigns.
How do Ad Credits work?
Your ad spend credits are pre-billed based on your selected monthly budget. When your account balance gets low, the system will automatically replenish your account so that your campaigns will run without interruption.
