Can I change or cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can update or cancel your plan at any time directly in your account:

To change your plan:

Settings → Billing → Change Plan > Choose Plan

To cancel your plan:

Settings → Billing → Change Plan → Cancel Plan

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.

If you do not receive that within a day of canceling or have other issues, please email us at hello@meetotis.com, and we will handle this for you.
