When you sign up for Otis, you are charged the following:

What is the subscription fee?

The subscription fee covers the access to the software. This is charged every month on the same day of the month. This is billed separate from the ad spend credits and service fee.

-If you are on the Essential plan, your subscription fee is $50 per month.

-If you are on the Pro plan, your subscription fee is $250 per month.

You will be billed a service fee to cover administrative and account management costs. This is billed at the same time as your ad spend credits are billed and will appear on the same invoice as the ad spend credits.

-If you are on the Essential plan, your service fee is 12% of your ad spend (ie: the service fee on a $500 monthly ad spend budget would be $60).

-If you are on the Pro plan, your service fee is 10% of your ad spend (ie: the service fee on a $1500 monthly ad spend budget would be $150).

Your ad spend credits are pre-billed based on your selected monthly budget. When your account balance gets low, the system will automatically replenish your account so that your campaigns will run without interruption.
