Otis allows SMBs to leverage data integrations to improve its audience quality. To do this, we allow SMBs to leverage the existing customer data they own on platforms like Square, Shopify, and Clover (which may include name, email address, phone number, and zip code) collected through the POS system. The aggregated data is automatically onboarded to Facebook and Google by our app.

All PII passed through the audience APIs is hashed and encrypted to ensure data security. We do not share this data with any other third parties. We greatly value the privacy of customers and believe that customers should have full control over how their data is used.

Therefore, we offer the ability for customers to opt-out of targeting to be removed from the audience. We also do not share any raw PII data or insights with third parties. Insights from the audience data are only used within Otis to improve the effectiveness of campaigns run by our users.
