How Do I Cancel My Account?

We are very sorry to see you go. If there is anything we can do to address any issues you are encountering that are prompting you to cancel, please let us know. If you still decide to proceed with your cancellation, below are the steps you need to follow to cancel your account in the app:

Step 1 - Log in to your Otis dashboard (www.meetotis.com)

Step 2 - Click on "Settings"

Step 3 - Click on "Billing"

Step 4 - On the right side of the screen, you will see your current plan selection

Click on "Change Plan".

Step 5 - On the next screen, under your current subscription, you will see a box that says "Cancel Plan"

Click on that button and then click on "Yes" to confirm your cancellation.

Note: You will be sent a confirming email. If you do not receive that within a day of canceling, please reach out.
