If you need to update the credit card or billing details on your account, you can do this anytime through the billing settings on the web portal sent to you via the onboarding emails.
Within the web portal. Please follow the below steps:

1. Go to Billing Settings
Log in to your account.
Click "Profile" on the bottom left corner of the page
Choose Billing.
2. Update Your Payment Method
Under Payment Methods, select +add card.
Enter your new credit card or payment details.
Review the information to make sure it’s correct.
Click Save.
3. Confirm the Update
Once saved, your new payment method will be used for all future charges. You may receive a confirmation email depending on your notification settings.
4. Troubleshooting
If your card is declined, check that the card number, expiry date, and CVC are correct.
Make sure your bank hasn’t blocked the transaction.
