Oto automatically downloads and stores all your sounds offline for faster use and to reduce the amount of mobile or WiFi data being used.

Most of the sounds are fairly small - 1 to 2mb in size.

If you want to clear up some storage then you can do so from the Settings screen. Simply click 'clear cache'.
