Tinnitus at night
Tinnitus is often worse at night when the normal distractions of the day aren’t around and you’re faced with the fear of silence as you lie in bed.
You are not alone. This a common experience for those with tinnitus.
What are these stories?
These sleep stories are designed to be a way of calming your mind before you get into bed, as part of your sleep routine, or as you lie in bed, as something to listen to to distract you from your tinnitus noise.
Don’t worry if you don’t fall asleep while listening to them. You can use them however you like in order to make getting ready for bed and going to sleep more pleasant experiences.
Top tip: practise conscious breathing as you lie in bed and listen to the stories.
