Full Admins, Directors, and Coaches can quickly create game events from the mobile app; no need to jump to the web to manage your team's schedule.
Creating Games on the Mobile App
1. On the Team Calendar view, select New and choose Create Game.
Note: Coaches can't create game events if game visibility is OFF. Admins need to enable game visibility for coaches to proceed.
2. Enter game details. Items marked with an asterisk (*) are required:
Opposing team name (displayed as a placeholder)
Game date and time
Location/surface (displayed as a placeholder — tap to search using Google Places or select a facility managed by your organization)
Arrival time (optional)
Description or notes (optional)
Note: Active is the default event status when creating a new game.
3. Choose your Notification preference (required):
Send notifications: Team members receive a push notification about the new game
Don't send notifications: The game is created without notifying team members
4. Tap Save. The game will appear on the mobile app, the Team Page calendar, and all related system views. Team members with push notifications enabled will also automatically receive a reminder approximately 24 hours before the game starts.
Editing Games on the Mobile App
1. Go to your My Calendar or the Team > Calendar view. Tap on the game to open it.
2. Select the Edit icon.
3. Choose your RSVP preference (required):
Keep RSVP Responses: All existing RSVPs and notes from team members are retained
Clear RSVP Responses: All RSVPs are reset to blank so team members can resubmit
4. Next, make any necessary changes to the game, such as modifying the event status, date, time, arrival time, location/surface, description, or team-specific notes.
Event Statuses for Games:
Active: The game is confirmed and on the calendar
Postponed: The game is on hold
Canceled: The game has been called off
5. Choose your Notification preference (required):
Send notifications: Team members receive a push notification about the new game
Don't send notifications: The game is created without notifying team members
6. Tap Save once complete.
Deleting Games on the Mobile App
To remove a game, open the game details and tap the Delete icon. The game will be removed from all calendars and system views.
