Admins managing Program Registration can now easily create and share direct registration links that pre-select the season and grouping, making it faster for registrants to get to the correct registration form without having to search or select from a long list of options during the registration process.
When editing a season or grouping under Programs > Participant Registration > Groupings & Settings, you’ll now see a new direct registration link when managing season settings. Click the button to copy the link and post it on any website, in an email message, etc. When the link is selected, it will take users directly to your registration flow, with the season and grouping options already selected for them.
Right below the direct registration link, a “GET QR CODE” button will also display. Click to generate a scannable QR code that links to your formatted registration URL — perfect for flyers, posters, and quick-access signage.

Registration Workflow with Direct Registration Link or QR Code
When a registrant clicks the link or scans the QR code, they will begin with the normal registration flow, and during Step 2.2, the season and grouping (if included) will be pre-selected for them.
If a registrant isn’t eligible for the selected season or grouping, they’ll see a “Registrant is not eligible for the intended season – you may select a different season or registrant if desired.”
