When logging into the OTTO Sport system, admin users will see a new visual report of seasonal registration data, including the number of active participants, active team staff, incomplete orders, the amount paid, and more. This visual report, found under Programs, offers a clearer view of current trends and registration numbers. It includes a season dropdown menu, allowing admins to track changes from season to season.
Use the season dropdown to view the following information:
Active Participants: Number of active participants for the current season.
Active Team Staff: Number of active team staff for the current season.
Incomplete Orders: Total number of orders in an Incomplete status for the current season to date.
Amount Unpaid: Total fees that have yet to be collected for the current season to date.
Amount Paid: Total fees collected for the current season to date.
Registration Statuses: Hover over to view the number of players in Active, Waitlisted, Inactive, Pending Payment, and Pending Financial Aid statuses.
Age & Gender Counts: Hover over to view the number of players by birth year in the outer ring, and gender in the inner circle.
Invitation Statuses: Hover over to view the number of players in Accepted, Declined, Unsent, and Invited. This chart will appear only if there are Seasonal Invites for the selected season.
Registration Payments: Hover over to see the dollar amount for payments categorized as Paid, Upcoming, Past Due 0-30 days, Past Due 31-60 days, and Past Due 90+ days.
Admins can still access seasons and manage program settings by clicking the season dropdown.
