1. Once logged in, navigate to your team.
2. Once on the Team Page, go to the Game Schedules section and click on the mini menu (three dots) in the upper right-hand corner of the game listing. Select Submit Game Report.
3. The Post-Game Report will be displayed on the screen. Enter the home team and away team scores and any other information that needs to be reported to your organization, including player or staff infractions or game recaps. An overview of the fields can be found below:
Home/Away Team Game Scores: Number of points scored by the home team/away team during the game. Depending on form settings, scorers can either be identified with a drop-down menu that will pull in the player names from the roster or identified by writing in their name. When entering scores for each team, the goal scorer fields will dynamically change to match the number of points scored by the respective team.
Note: If you do not see fields to identify point scorers, only the team score is required.
Home/Away Player Infractions: Using the drop-down menus, include any infractions and reasons for home/ away players. Depending on form settings, individuals can either be identified with a drop-down menu that will pull in their names from the roster or identified by writing in their name
Home/Away Staff Infractions: Using the drop-down menus, include any infractions and reasons for home/ away staff members. Depending on form settings, individuals can either be identified with a drop-down menu that will pull in their names from the roster or identified by writing in their name.
Home/ Away Team Recap: Option to include any further context or details about events during the game.
Note: While the fields listed above are the default fields on the Post-Game Report, the fields that are displayed on the report may vary if your organization has customized the report.
4. Any fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required for submission. Once complete, click Save. The game score will now appear in the Game Schedules section. Once a score is submitted, it is locked for further modification.
5. Team Staff members can also enter their team’s stats, regardless of whether the score has been reported or not.
If either team has not submitted game scores, then the Team Staff can enter scores and stats for their team and the opposing team.
If either team has submitted game scores, then the Team Staff from either team can not update the game score. Team Staff will only be permitted to modify game stats for their own team. I.e., individual scores, player infractions, staff infractions, team memos.
